Join us for our Second Annual Farm-to-Table Dinner at The Cottage! This unforgettable evening will feature a thoughtfully curated four-course menu by our talented guest chef, Zach Gardner of The Spire.
Zach is passionate about creating experiences that bring people together while showcasing ingredients grown right here in Northeast Iowa. You'll enjoy dishes featuring locally sourced proteins and produce from Hawkeye Buffalo Ranch, Yellow Table Farm, Kaiser Farm Fresh, Prairie Rose Farm, and Engelbrecht Farm. Many of these farms are just down the road from The Cottage, bringing the true meaning of "farm-to-table" to your meal.

Join us on select Sundays from October through November, from 2:00–5:00 PM, for relaxing afternoons filled with live music from talented local musicians, delicious food trucks, and the charm of our countryside venue.
This is a FREE, come-and-go event for all ages. Feel free to bring your favorite lawn chairs, picnic blankets, and yard games to make yourself at home. It's the perfect way to unwind, enjoy great music, and spend time with family, friends, and your community.
Please Note: No outside food or drinks are permitted, with the exception of bottled water. Since this is a free event, we encourage everyone to support our local food trucks and enjoy the beverages available for purchase on-site.
Rain or shine, the music will play on! If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll simply move the entertainment inside our beautiful event barn for a cozy Sunday afternoon.

2nd Annual Daddy Daughter Dance
Join us for our 2nd annual Daddy Daughter Dance!
On Sunday, June 7th, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, we’re excited to welcome dads and daughters for an evening filled with music, dancing, and shared special moments. Dress your best, take lots of photos & enjoy light refreshments and snacks in our beautiful, cozy space - this night is perfect for creating lasting memories.

Shelby is an expert in her craft, with years of experience teaching workshops and running her custom sign shop. She's thrilled to host her second annual workshop at The Cottage at Woodland Farm and can't wait to share her passion with you.

Cookies & Cocoa with the Claus'
Come celebrate the holiday season with us at The Cottage at Woodland Farm’s first-ever Cookies & Cocoa with the Claus'! This FREE event invites all our friends in the community for a festive afternoon of holiday magic. Kiddos can meet and take professional photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, decorate cookies, and sip on hot cocoa (while supplies last).
This is a non-ticketed event, so just bring your holiday cheer and a little patience – depending on how many folks come, there may be a short wait to sit on Santa’s lap. We can’t wait to celebrate the season with you!
In the spirit of giving, we’re also hosting a toy drive during this event! If you have a new, unused toy that could bring joy to another child, or if you’re able to purchase one, we’d be so grateful for your contribution. All collected toys will be delivered to a local community shelter, helping to brighten the season for others in need. Together, let’s spread a little extra holiday cheer!
